Privacy Policy

We collect as little personal data as we can get away with. This page explains exactly what that means, in plain terms.

NO LIMITS TECHNOLOGY L.L.C.

1. Who is responsible for your data

NO LIMITS TECHNOLOGY L.L.C., a limited liability company organised in the State of Wyoming, United States, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

For any privacy question or request, contact info@nolimitstechnologyllc.com.

2. Scope

This policy covers:

  • Visitors to nolimitstechnologyllc.com;
  • People who contact us by email;
  • Clients and prospective clients, and their staff and representatives.

It does not cover data we process on behalf of a client inside a system we built for them. In those cases the client is the controller and their own privacy policy applies; we act as a processor under the terms of the relevant engagement.

3. This website sets no cookies

This website is a set of static pages. It uses no cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics and no session tracking. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a third-party font network, so simply reading these pages does not disclose your visit to anyone else.

Because we set no cookies and run no tracking, there is no consent banner and nothing for you to opt out of.

4. What we collect

Server logs

Our web server and network provider record standard technical information for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, HTTP status, referring page and browser user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running and to detect abuse. We do not use them to build profiles, and they are retained for no longer than 30 days.

Email correspondence

If you email us we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and, if it leads to an engagement, to manage that engagement.

Client and billing records

For clients we hold contact details, company details, contract documents, project correspondence, invoices and payment records. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we see only the last four digits, card brand and transaction result.

5. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries — our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To deliver services and manage engagements — performance of a contract with you.
  • To invoice, take payment and keep accounts — performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
  • To keep the website secure and available — our legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
  • To comply with tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering law — legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, each bound by contract to protect it and to use it solely on our instructions:

  • Stripe, Inc. — card payment processing;
  • Zoho Corporation — business email hosting for our @nolimitstechnologyllc.com addresses;
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — domain name resolution and network protection;
  • Our server hosting provider — the infrastructure this website runs on;
  • Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where necessary and under a duty of confidentiality.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order or a valid request from a public authority, or to establish or defend legal claims.

7. International transfers

We operate from the United States and work with clients and providers in other countries, including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where personal data protected by EU/UK law is transferred outside those areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional technical and organisational measures where needed.

8. How long we keep it

  • Server logs — up to 30 days.
  • Enquiries that do not become engagements — up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client records, contracts and invoices — for the duration of the engagement and then for as long as tax, accounting and limitation-period rules require, generally seven years.

When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

If you are in California, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any right, email info@nolimitstechnologyllc.com. We respond within 30 days and never charge for a first request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to your local supervisory authority; we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

10. Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit (HTTPS with modern TLS across the whole site), access controls and multi-factor authentication on our systems, least-privilege access to client environments, encrypted credential storage, and regular patching of the software we run. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client data as if it were our own.

11. Children

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date above. Where the change materially affects how we handle personal data, we will notify affected clients directly by email.

13. Contact

Privacy questions, requests and complaints all go to the same place: info@nolimitstechnologyllc.com.
